This four-week course is designed to help you find balance by allowing your body to heal from traumatic events. It's a common misconception that trauma is held only in the mind, but it actually resides in the cells of the body, known as cellular memory. By focusing on the emotions stored in the body and allowing them to flow freely, true healing can begin.

Memory, while important, serves as a blueprint for what to avoid or pursue in the future. It can either lead to self-loathing or self-soothing. Memory’s primary function is survival, enabling you to pass on your genetics by relying on logical patterns formed through experience or observation. In this course, we focus on how these thought patterns affect your desired outcomes. Once we identify and address the corrupt patterns, we can work to remove them.

Think of this process as akin to removing a virus from a computer. In the past, many people were unaware of computer viruses and mistakenly believed their machines were physically damaged. However, once they learned that software could detect and eliminate the virus, their computers returned to optimal performance. Similarly, there is nothing inherently wrong with you; you simply have a mental "virus" causing you to slow down and malfunction. By identifying and releasing the emotions stored in your body, you can return to your full potential.

This journey is filled with challenges, highs, and lows. The beauty of healing lies in this very process. Just as pain entered your body, it must also exit in the same way. The breathwork techniques I teach will help disengage your mind and calm your body, allowing you to process feelings without the interference of memories. You’ll know the process works when you can recall your trauma without any attached emotions. Your body will have released the trauma, transforming the memory into just that—a memory, devoid of the pain it once held.
